It's the same password to access your mailbox via webmail or Apple Mail or apps.
There has been an issue of mailboxes restricted to webmail only access. I understand that has been fixed for TalkTalk Consumer home broadband customers and MailPlus mail only subscription customers.
So, the key question: are you a current customer and is your email address shown in the My Mailboxes list in the customer MyAccount?
