For the past fortnight I have been unable to access tinyworld emails on iphone/ipad :
Message: "Cannot get mail. No password provided for tinyworld.co.uk. Please go to mail account settings and enter a password".
I called Talk Talk who said my account "had been spun down in error" and it would be resolved in three working days.
Four working days later and still nothing has been done.
My email account is linked to my broadband account.
Please can my email account be reactivated for use on all devices, as Talk Talk pledged to do.

Apparently resolved, via several hours of webchat.
I asked the lady if there were notes on my account relating to this problem. "Yes" she replied, adding "but maybe this time you will be lucky". I actually laughed.
