Hi there, I need to access my Tiscail email. I cannot remember my password and the email that is set for recovery is my Tiscali email which im trying to access, is there away to get this sorted?

Thanks for completing security checks. I've requested the details in the password reset tool are updated. This may already have happened or may have been delayed by yesterday's system issues.

Hi Stephen, for security checks we need a definite answer. With the either or options that means we've failed to complete security checks successfully.
We can't complete the checks again for 7 days.

Hi StephenTurner30, if you have an account you must provide either account or landline number. If you have no account then I need to ask you more questions.

Assuming TalkTalk Support pick up this topic on Tuesday and your personal data response via Personal Messaging matches what TalkTalk hold for the email address then the team would normally take up to 24 hours to set up the Reset details for you to be able to see those details via the Forgotten password journey, all being well, by Thursday.

I'll let TalkTalk know that the password recovery options aren't available. A TalkTalk Support member will need to verify you as the registered email user and set up your password recovery alternate email address and mobile number (the Reset details) so you can send a password reset link or code to authenticate a password change.
Prepare for TalkTalk Mail Support by including in your Community Profile:
Select here: Update your profile
A TalkTalk Support member will reply to this thread and then Community Personal Message you to confirm your customer account details and or details related to the original registration of the email address.
When verified the Reset details will be set up during a working week within 24 hours allowing you to set your own password via the Forgotten your password journey. Make sure the password is ultra-strong and unique to the mailbox. Check via the TalkTalk Mail sign in that you can access the mailbox.
