I am no longer a Talktalk customer but have used my old Tiscali email address for years. From 2.00am this morning it stopped working and I have had no emails at all today. Can anyone help? Getting desperate!

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

I see you have another thread and OCE_Ady has already responded to you. Do let us know if Ady or @inkie have helped you to resolve the tiscali email issue.  You're getting great support here on Community.

Suggest you check/amend your email client settings to the following:

 

 

Account Type IMAP (recommended)POP3

Incoming Port993995

Make sure the password is not encrypted. So, with Outlook, do not use SPA. With other clients check that password encryption is off or set to plain text or normal password. Do set outgoing network authentication to on.
