I am no longer a Talktalk customer but have used my old Tiscali email address for years. From 2.00am this morning it stopped working and I have had no emails at all today. Can anyone help? Getting desperate!

the following thread might help you:
Suggest you check/amend your email client settings to the following:
|Account Type||IMAP (recommended)||POP3|
|Login / Usernamefirstname.lastname@example.orgemail@example.com|
|Incoming mail server||imap.tiscali.co.uk||pop.tiscali.co.uk|
|Outgoing mail server||smtp.tiscali.co.uk||smtp.tiscali.co.uk|
Make sure the password is not encrypted. So, with Outlook, do not use SPA. With other clients check that password encryption is off or set to plain text or normal password. Do set outgoing network authentication to on.
