Third day of not being able to send or reply to e-mails. Same on phone and laptop, tried different browsers and going through Microsoft Mail app. Receiving is fine but cannot send. Keeps saying email address does not exist.

Your report of not being able to send mail for 3 days would indicate a different issue to yesterday evening's issue with the Mail platform. But as the platform is working normally this morning we'll ask if your mail sending is also restored. Let us know if not.
