I am locked out of my Tiscali email account and am unable to use the reset option as I cannot access the rescue email.
Can someone help me with this please?
I see others with the same problem have been asked to add details in Private Notes in their account. I have already done this.

The OCE team will be here on Monday to verify your details and have one of the team speak to you in person on your mobile and after security checks will give you a new ultra-strong password and check with you that it works.
You say your recovery email is not available. Did you set up a recovery mobile number to use with the Reset your Password option?
