PoP access to my email (3 boxes) via Outlook

I keep getting request for password.

Can an Engineer fix the mail servers please?

I am still having problems receiving emails today 12th april since yesterday. Also getting box up telling me my password has changed and to sign in with new password?

My tiscali email address also not working, even within webmail, no new messages since Thursday afternoon. Can’t send or receive new messages.  Get error 550 sent back if try and send test message to my tiscali email address from a different email address.


Who else is having this problem? Can you get this looked at ASAP.


Also how do you send private messages on here and is it possible to edit posted messages incase want to add something

Maintenance work was taking place last night. All should be working normally again now. If you're still having problems please let us know.

think it's their email servers - getting the same problem on emails and outlook, and their webmail is down too
