Tiscali.co.uk Emails Not Sending

Hello,

 

Tiscali.co.uk emails have stopped sending in Outlook on my windows laptop and also on my Android devices this morning.

 

Am receiving tiscali.co.uk emails on all devices. Getting this error message in Outlook when try to send emails this morning:

 

The message could not be sent because the server rejected the senders email address. Subject 'Itinerary', Account 'pop.tiscali.co.uk', Server: smtp.talktalk.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.1.0 AnlHmdw5AL7WK Sender Domain Invalid (TT420)', Port: 587, Secure (SSL): Yes, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC78

 

Please can you help as I have several emails to send today.

Hi PAJ333, I've raised an incident to have this resolved. Hopefully, it won't take too long for them to spot the problem.

Looks like there's a DNS fail for the tiscali domain.

 

Are you using the recommended settings for TalkTalk Mail?
