I have tried to login to my tiscali email without success. It's been a long time since I have accessed this but I require a copy of a few emails from it. The email and password entered are correct. I also tried to change the password and it says the email address is incorrect. Can you please advise how I can get access in to my email accout? Thank you.

How long has it been since you accessed the tiscali email account? Longer than 180 days and the email account will be suspended and flagged for deletion. That could be why you're not able to login. But after a year of non-use an email account flagged for deletion will have contents automatically deleted by the system. I hope it hasn't got to that point.
Have you tried sending the email address an email from another email account to see if you get a 'mailbox unavailable' bounceback error message? Let me know the exact message if you do receive one. It might not be an instant error message.

Have you previously set up password recovery for the tiscali email address with an alternate email and mobile number? You could try the Reset your Password option. Other than the reset to the account itself, if there are alternates listed, see if you recognise them from the hints.
If the email account is available but just suspended and you haven't set up any recovery, you'll need to prove you're the registered user of the email. Double check that you've added to your Community Profile, Personal Information (Click here) your name, current address and contact 'phone numbers and then scroll down and add all of the following in the Private Notes area at the bottom of the page:
