Tiscali emails not being received on webmail or apple mac

Hello, I am hoping somebody can help me. 

 

I am receiving my tiscali emails on my iPad but not on the talk talk webpage or when I add my account to my apple mac. 

 

Hope somebody can help me resolve this issue.

Hi @Christmas123 

 

Seems highly unlikely that emails aren't being received by the tiscali mailbox that you see when signed in to Tiscali Webmail and yet are being received on an iPad.

 

There are two scenarios:

  1. You iPad is set up as a POP3 email account and is downloading and deleting emails from the mailbox.  You'll therefore only see new emails on the iPad and none elsewhere.
  2. If you're forwarding the tiscali emails and not keeping a copy in the mailbox and your iPad is collecting those emails.
