This happened to me today as well. Nothing has changed that should / could cause this issue.
It's frustrating because I need to email and invoice my clients!
Please sort it!

TalkTalk Mail is not intended for business usage. So, regarding your usage over the hour pre-receipt of the TT501 stop on sending, it means your mailbox sending has exceeded the normal home use of email.
The limit counter will be fully reset in an hour. Just needs you to wait a bit.
If you're sending business mail to a lot of people you'd be wise to consider subscribing to a business mail service where usage can be unlimited.
