Hi LOUISEPRICE83, do you have an active TalkTalk Broadband or TalkTalk Mail Plus account if not your mailbox will be limited and that means you'll only have access to it via webmail. To use a mail client like AppleMail you'll need to have an account.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

I see you're online in Community but haven't replied in Community.

We do appreciate your time in letting us know how you're getting on with the initial advice so we know how to help you. Thank you.

If you are not a TalkTalk Consumer (home broadband) customer your mailbox may get limited or restricted to webmail only access unless you've subscribed to   TalkTalk Mail Plus to retain the use of a TalkTalk Mail email address.  Let us know your customer status.  If you are a customer have you checked that the email address is added to your customer MyAccount? Customers have up to 5 mailboxes included free with TalkTalk home broadband.

Let us know if you're a TalkTalk Consumer customer taking a full-fibre service. Manage TalkTalk Mail options are not yet included in the full-fibre MyAccount management.
