Are you a TalkTalk broadband customer?
What's the email domain (the part of the email address after the @ e.g. talktalk.net lineone.net tiscali.co.uk or another?
Have you signed in to the email account recently? Is the password working?
Have you set up password Reset details - an alternate email address and or mobile 'phone number for a password reset to be sent via email or text message?
And finally, has the email account been upgraded to the new TalkTalk Mail platform? You'll have received emails from TalkTalk about the upgrade.
