I am writing on behalf of my grand mother who is currently shielding due to COVID-19, she called me to say she cannot log into her emails anymore and the message "Memova Messaging" box appears asking her to login, she tries to login with her email details but is unable too.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to assist her?

Hi Jordan, it seems she's using a very old email URL. She should be using www.talktalk.co.uk/mail. Try that and let us know how she gets on.
