Like a lot of other customers I was not able to receive emails on Sunday or log into Webmail. Emails came through Monday and Tuesday but only had two this morning then nothing since. I have not been able to log into Webmail since Sunday. The curser goes around then it says try reloading, but still the same no matter how many times I try.
We're pleased to confirm that the earlier issues accessing your emails have now been resolved however you may observe a delay in receiving emails whilst the backlog of emails within the system is processed over the coming hours. Once again we'd like to apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Thanks Simon, emails are now coming through into Outlook but I can't get into TalkTalk's web page 'My Emails'. It keeps coming up with timed out and try reloading and has done since Sunday.
