Unable to access Tiscali emails

It has now been 4 weeks without access to one of my Tiscali email accounts,. Seems like the password is invalid (I have changed nothing) I am at a loss as to what to do. Please help!

I have now had to change my email to my icloud address just to receive emails from talktalk.

What is going on? Hope i'm not losing important emails.

Same things happening to me. @talktalk.net email is fine but @Tiscali.co.uk is not sending or receiving. Error message is invalid user or password. Not changed a thing it just stopped. What is going on with Tiscali e-mails??

Hi Speedie,  I can help you get the password reset. I need you to add ALL of the following to the private note section of your community profile:

 

Email address affected.

 

Full Name.

 

Date of Birth.

 

Mobile contact number.

 

Phone number linked to email address

 

Full postal address email is linked to.

 

Once you've added that post back to let me know and I'll raise a fault ticket to get this sorted for you.
