Unable to access lineone.net email account

Hi.

For the last week or so, I have been unable to access my lineone.net email account. I get an 'invalid username or password' message (both on webmail and when using Outlook).

 

Although this is an old account, I still use it regularly. (However I am not currently a TalkTalk customer.)

 

Please can someone get back to me with advice about how I can get my password reset?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Thank you.

 

I had a call this morning from TalkTalk who gave me a new password and asked me to test it while they were on the phone to me.

 

Everything is fine now - I can access my lineone.net emails again!

Hi.

Thank you. I have added the requested info to the private note section of my profile.

 

I have moved several times since the email address was originally set up - I believe the phone number and address are correct.

Hi Andrew, I can help you get the password reset. I need you to add ALL of the following to the private note section of your community profile:

 

Email address affected.

 

Full Name.

 

Date of Birth.

 

Mobile contact number.

 

Phone number linked to email address

 

Full postal address email is linked to.

 

Once you've added that post back to let me know and I'll raise a fault ticket to get this sorted for you.
