Unable to add new email account

Hi

Just trying to add a new email address to my account, this is a brand new address and I have used four of my five available, I choose create new mailbox, fill in the details, click create, but nothing happens, it just returns to the create mailbox again!! any help please!!

Had block pop ups on and had to change email to something different

Try a different Internet browser. You may have pop-ups blocked. Or reset the browser to default settings.

 

If the chosen email address is not available you should get the error message. If the message is being blocked then you'll not see the error reported. You might also not see the successfully created message in a green banner. Try again with a totally unique email address.

Hi Thanks for quick reply, No error panels show up, it just returns to the original box again after you press create

Do you see the Sorry, something went wrong error message?

This usually means that when the email address was checked, your chosen address was not available. Just be a little more unique in the email address local part.
