Unable to log in to emails

Initially I was about to compose an email (was already logged in at the time) and the page wouldn't load, then it booted me out of emails and unable to sign in again on laptop or phone. Error message: An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request. (DBP-0003).

Hi both

 

Yes, a TalkTalk system fail.

 

I've just retried my Thunderbird email client and that's downloading messages ok. So, at present it's webmail and the mobile app that aren't functional. DPB-0003 is a sign in fail.

Hi @railwaydriver 

 

The sign in authentication system is down. Users have been signed out and cannot sign in to collect new messages either via webmail or via the app or email clients.

 

Just hang on until the system is rebooted to see if that fixes the issue. Don't make any changes.
