That's good. TalkTalk Mail supports read receipts. It's a clear indication that there's no bounceback of undeliverable, that the mail reached the online Inbox that's set to Send a read receipt when you read the mail and select the blue button on the message to Send a read receipt.

Hi Mark2809
Using the email address that's working, send a mail message to the one that's not receiving. Is there any bounce back 'undeliverable' message?

When I try to log into my account I've just seen I get Sorry due to technical issues we can’t log you in right now. Please try again later. But I can log into my webmail if that makes sense.

Yes the one in private notes is the right one the talktalk one I know I can send I just can't read any from my mail box since Sunday and can't figure out why especially on the webmail one.

Ok so the email address in private notes isn't the one affected?

Not sure what you mean I've had to use a different email address to log on here as I couldn't access my email to confirm my talktalk one.

The mailbox received the message from the community to let you know that the topic had been updated. It would appear to be receiving normally.

Hi Mark2809
Thanks for starting your own topic. Have you checked for webmail auto forward and filter rules that could be diverting your mail?

I have no errors can log in but will just not load new mail, have been trying to email myself with another email address but nothing comes through have even tried your email test and nothing.

Hi Mark2809, that mailbox appears to have full unlimited access. What error message do you see when you try to login to the mailbox via webmail.
