Unable to send emails

I am using a tiscali.co.uk email address and Microsoft Outlook. I can still receive emails but I am no longer able to send them. Can anyone help me with what I should do? Thanks

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Hi @Fusty 

 

Are you in the UK?  A TalkTalk Consumer or MailPlus customer? And the tiscali mailbox address is added to your MyAccount? View your email addresses.

Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail  to check the password is working.

When you're signed in to the mailbox compose a message to the mailbox address and see if that sends without error. Let us know what the full error message is, if you get one.  If sent without error check the mail is copied into the Sent objects folder and arrives and stays in the Inbox.

 

How do you normally send and receive mail messages?
