Since switching to Webmail Plus account I have been unable to connect my email account to my mobile phone email, which worked perfectly previous to switching to Mail Plus.
I have tried all the settings provided on the help sections etc but it never works, it gives a message of, "Couldn't verify account - The username and password is incorrect (which they're not - I can login through internet) or POP3/IMAP access isn't turned on for this account".
Any further help

Feels like the mailbox is limited to webmail access only because the MailPlus MyAccount isn't credited with the subscription payment.
What's your take on the subscription?
