I am getting a common error - Server error: '453 4.1.1 mBHNmiKd5JsPG Too Many Recipients (TT502)' - but there is no way my wife and I are sending a lot of emails. We might send a dozen or so a day and only one or two might be copied to more than one person. I get the same error message when I try to send on webmail – does that mean the fault does not lie on my PC settings? This has been the case for three days now. These are Tiscali addresses. Thanks

The TT502 error means that the mailbox has exceeded a daily limit on sending mail messages. There is going to be a temporary stop on sending or a limit on sending whether by email client or webmail. If no more mail is sent for the next 24 hours the limit counter, that counts the numbers of email addresses in the emails sent from your mailbox, will be fully reset.
Heads up that in certain circumstances a lower daily limit may be set by the spam protection.
It's always advisable to scan your email devices for password grabbing virus, trojan or other malware and then change and upgrade your mailbox password.
