WebMail page error, who can help me?

On my WebMail page, under the "add email account" I have 2 Email addresses, one I have deleted but cannot remove it from this location, and the other is functional but not from this location.

The deleted account causes and error message "Your e-mail account ******** was disabled due to invalid credentials. Please edit the account and enter correct credentials to enable it again"

Chat is no longer available, and after a 2 hour conversation with the help desk I abandoned my efforts to get this resolved.

Is there anyone that can help me?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Hi Roger

Enter your main TalkTalk email address, select Continue if prompted.

Enter its email password, select Sign in.

  • Select the Main Settings menu icon      triple lines, top right header bar (Mobile browser? it's a cog icon)
  • Select the Settings menu item
  • Select Accounts in the side bar
  • For each added email account
    Select the dustbin icon, as shown
    You'll get a pop-up window...
    Confirm by selecting the blue Delete account button
  • NB this will simply remove the added account from the main account login
