Can someone help please. I run my business from home, communicating with my clients via e-mail. I am no longer receiving e-mails and cannot access the webmail page. Any help would be greatly appreciated as it seems impossible to find a phone number to contact support.

If there's a local broadband connection issue in your area the browser might report a not responding error if it doesn't get a timely response to its request for a connection with a website. And messages might not get sent or received if the communications between the device and server are not completed fully.

Hopefully, the broadband service check would reveal issues if those problems happen again. The TalkTalk system would then auto-alert engineers to a problem.

Thank you Gondola. I shall keep that in mind. Just as additional information to my initial post, what concerned me more, and made me think the issue was more widespread than just my browser, is that my Microsoft Mail client on my PC had stopped receiving e-mails for the last 33 minutes at the time of posting (it showed the message "last updated 33 minutes go") and neither was my Mail client on my Android phone. I sent my Talk Talk account a test message from another account to check this and neither my PC or my phone received it. The wonders of technology eh, ha!

Hi Nick

A page not responding error is not one of the error messages I'd expect from TalkTalk Mail but more likely from your browser when it cannot connect. I've not been aware of any connectivity issues using Mail this morning. If the issue does happen again I'd troubleshoot with a different browser / different websites and you can run an individual  Broadband service check from your MyAccount.

Good to know you're currently back in control. Thanks for letting us know.

Thank you both for your quick replies and offers of help. My domain is @talktalk.net and, although offline for the last hour, my e-mails have suddenly started to come through again and webmail is now back online. Before that I kept getting an error message saying 'page not responding'. Kind regards.

Hi Nick

TalkTalk Mail is working normally.

What's your email domain? If it's a legacy domain like f2s, nildram or gotadsl then you'll need to access via the SSL Mail webmail login:

https://mail.overssl.net/

SSL Mail Control Panel login
https://vwm.overssl.net/admin/

However, if you are running a business Talktalk's residential services don't cover you for consequential losses. You would be better getting your service provided through Talktalk Business, @Nick2D.
