When I try to open webmail on my android tablet and phone, I am told that the URL has bee rejected. What does this mean? I do not have this problem on my laptop

We haven't seen you in Community for a while Dalldee. It would be good to know how you're getting on. Do you think you could sign in again and let us know?

Select here:  Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address and password, select Sign in.

If you get the same URL rejected error message then clear the browser cache and cookies:

• Select the browser (probably Chrome)
• Tap the triple vertical dots top right
• Tap the cog icon Settings
• Tap Privacy and Security
• Tap Clear browsing data
• Select the tick boxes for Browsing History, Cookies and site data, Cached images and files
• Tap the Clear data button bottom right

Then retry the Sign in to TalkTalk Mail.

You can also try a different Internet browser.
