As well as not receiving any email of Outlook or Webmail I tried to check my Service Status using my account and got the following message continually:-

Yes all working. Sorry for the tardy post but email notification don't arrive in my Inbox but in Trash so I often miss them unless \i do a daily search!! I have set up a Rule to take them to my Inbox but it doesn't make any difference!!
