A client is having problems accessing her email with Windows 10 Mail
She can log on to webmail and credentials are accepted.
I have set up a new account in windows mail using her credentials
the email does not synchronise and I get an error message
.. having a problem downloading messages try again later
Error code 0x8007274d

Thanks @Gondola after re-entering the password (which was correctly entered previously) its now working on MY pc.
Now to find out why it has STOPPED working on my clients PC.
I do hate windows mail.

Have you set up Windows Mail using the correct settings that I've shown you? If the password is incorrect then in Account settings just clear the password box and enter the email password.
I'll leave 'Ha! R' to deal with the gripes.

Thanks - thats how WLM set it up. Now I'm getting
we couldnt access this account; you might need to update your password or give the account permission to sync to this device
And (a gripe) why cant you EVER copy and paste an error message??
