call blocking

I had an important call from my doctor on Friday which I had waited in for all day. It was at 3-15pm and my phone never rang at all. The surgery informed me that you had blocked the call so he did not get through to me. Now I have to wait until Monday to try and speak to him again. I want to know why this call was blocked. I didn't get chance to say whether i would accept this call or not. Could you please sort this out for me Regards H. Clarke

Do you possibly have 'Anonymous Caller Reject' activated for your line :

Many doctors surgeries automatically withhold their number when they call out, this service would block those calls.
