I have a talktalk email address that suddenly stopped working. I cannot remember my password and have no way of changing it as no longer a customer so do not have an account and do not have recover details. I really need to access emails sent - help please.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
