Hi, my pipex account has been hacked. Please could I get some support to change the password? Thanks, James.

Hi james persad,

 

We've seen a number of these reports, your email probably hasn't been hacked, the email has more than likely just been doctored to look as though it's been sent from your email account, having said that it's probably still wise to have your password changed so I've passed this over to our Network Team. The password will be reset and then you be contacted with the new password. Please note that this will probably take around 72 working hours
