Since yesterday afternoon I have been unable to connect to my mail account, but I can connect to my account. When I click on the mail tab I get the blue background and the message " Connection Error, The service is not available right now. Retry".
Any suggestions please.

Clear the browser history, cookies and cache and possibly reset the browser to default settings to make sure no extensions are active and you'll get signed in.
Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail
Enter your email address and password, select Sign in.
There's a 6 second time to successfully sign in but if anything is delaying the sign in then you will see the blue retry screen.
