Having problems sending / receiving emails using windows live mail, from and to my tiscali.co.uk and my wife's talktalk.net accounts. There doesn't appear to be any email service status alerts.
Any ideas from OCE's please.
Seems I'm not the only one.
Web Mail seems to be working. What is that irritating OATH message when I log in to web mail? Why is it there and can TT get rid of it.
Message shows as:
Unable to send or receive messages for the Talktalk (xxxxxxxxxxxxx) account. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems or a long period of inactivity.

Not sure what time they came through, but seems to be working now. Thanks
It did seem there were a few reports came through shortly after my post. Good that it is now resolved.

Hi davep, an incident has been raised for this. You should see the service status change shortly. I know the engineers are working on this now.
