Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Yes you can keep your TalkTalk email address active with a TalkTalk Mail Plus subscription @£5/m or £50/y payable by UK Bank Direct Debit.  The subscription covers up to 5 mailboxes / TalkTalk Mail addresses. You'll only be able to subscribe when you've ceased your broadband service and I'll give you the link to the subscription page.
