lineone email problems

I too am having problems with Lineone Emails.


Firstly, I can login to my webmail and send and receive emails.


However on my iphone, I can receive emails but cannot send them.

On my desktop using Outlook, I can receive emails but cannot send them.  The error message I get is:


Task ' - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password for this account in Account Settings.'


On Outlook, I am using the setting "My Outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication, Use same settings as my incoming mail server"


It was working fine yesterday.  It is not today

The mail servers look to have been very busy tonight with some times when they were temporarily unavailable.


The usual answer is to try later. 


However, if the fail is permanent for your lineone account have you checked the settings?


Outgoing AuthenticationYes

Outgoing email (SMTP)
Outgoing Port 587
Outgoing SSL Yes

Hi Gondola,

Back ground, had problems with my computer and had to resetart from square one with new one.


I have been trying to reestablish and old lineone email account i had but getting no where.

Question for you.

1. Can lineone accounts be accessed through Taltalk web mail?


I went through reseting my lineone account password, all liiked good.

However can still not get access through webmail or my outlook account.


Any suggestions would be great.
