My lineone email account stopped working on 17 March, when I try to log in I get the message that my password is incorrect. Which it isn't. I understand that this problem is something to do with the new talktalk mailbox. I have tried to change my password but this is not possible as the confirmation email address is the lineone address that is not working.

Hi all, the Lineone fix was deployed yesterday afternoon. Please let me know if you're still having problems with it.

Hi has this issue been fixed yet.As my line one email stopped yesterday 3/4/19 and although I get directed to renew my password etc, it still won't get me access....so frustrating when this happens...never seems to be an easy fix.

Hi datoz, I'm told the engineers have now been able to identify the cause of this problem which is affecting other Lineone users too. I've not been given and ETA for the fix, but as soon as I hear anything I'll let you know.
