I am getting a message error 400 bad request and also error failed to load messages

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Sign out of TalkTalk Mail.  Clear the browser cache and cookies. Preferably, reset the browser to defaults so that you know there are no extensions or add ons running and then sign in once more.  Or try a different browser and retry.

 

If you need specific guidance on following the above steps, let me know which browser you're using.

it was the first message and has been like this for 4 hours refresh does not work

Do you see the first message - Error: failed to load messages?

In either case, this is normally not a permanent fault condition but just temporary and usually during any period when the platform operator is undertaking routine maintenance. An outage isn't likely to be long and selecting the Retry links will bring up the list or the message content.
