There have been some reported issues over the last day or two. If you continue to have problems please post back and let us know right away. We don't want you having problems repeatedly.
Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

email now working, this happens quite a lot then it will just come back on its own,really annoying.

This exact issue happened to me, yesterday evening, impacting classic TalkTalk Webmail whilst email collected using email clients or email apps and email via the new TalkTalk Mail platform was unaffected.
The workaround worth trying is to collect your emails via an email client like Outlook or Thunderbird, for example, or an email app on your mobile 'phone or tablet.
If you need them, the email client / email app settings are in this TalkTalk article.
In the meantime I'll alert the TalkTalk Community Team for you. Please ensure your Community Profile Personal Information (Click here) includes your name, address, current TalkTalk landline 'phone number and an alternate number (mobile recommended). Add, then scroll down and add the email address in Private notes and save changes. The TalkTalk Community Team OCE will then be able to link to your TalkTalk service account and the email account and check it out.
