Hi - we are thinking of cancelling our TT package in order to receive faster broadband. We have talktalk email addresses - will we still retain access to our email in the future, derspite having left TT phone (landline), TV & broadband services. Thanks.

Yes you will lose use of TalkTalk Mail unless you subscribe to TalkTalk MailPlus.  You'll get an invitation to subscribe to TalkTalk MailPlus at £5/m or £50/y that will cover the use of up to 5 mailboxes.  You'll be able to subscribe but only when your TalkTalk broadband service has ceased.
