talktalk mail on mobile phone - problems

Hi everyone,

I've just added my talktalk email to my mobile. I kept getting asked about permissions and was so frustrated I said 'no permissions'.or delete permissions or something.

 

However, I now cannot reply, forward or do anything to the emails on my phone - I can see them!

I go to permissions, and I have just one permission and ... actually I've just checked and I don't have 'permissions' tab at all .... maybe I'll turn it off and on again to see what happens.

 

Anyway, any ideas? Looks like i have permanently deleted permisisons somehow 😞

Hi Alibourne, what email app are you using, what phone and what OS? Can you access email ok at www.talktalk.co.uk/mail?
