Cna anybody suggest why my @Tiscali.co.uk emails go to recipient's spam box ?

I receive emails to this address without problems.

Just following up to see what the outcome was to your tiscali emails being delivered to a recipient's Spam folder...

The reason why emails end up in a Spam folder or a Trash folder is that the recipient's mail service or mailbox thinks your email is spam.

 

The usual cause is that the recipient has inadvertently marked your email address as spam.  Check that your sending email address isn't in the recipient's spam sender's filter list or blocked sender's filter list and is on a safe sender's list, if the email client offers a safe sender's list option, and is in the recipient's contacts list.

 

That's usually all that's needed to get your emails showing in the recipient's Inbox.
