Im tyring to access my old tiscali account but when i try to change to password i select the info to be sent to my new email account which is stored as an alternative email, but on the retreive access step it states that there is technical issues with myaccount.
Please advise

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

I'm aware that some TalkTalk MailPlus subscription customers cannot sign in to their customer MyAccount to manage their mailboxes as there's a red banner message "Sorry due to technical issues we can’t log you in right now..." and it would appear that this same issue applies to your account. This is a back-office issue that only TalkTalk Support can handle and they'll be back here supporting Community from Monday onwards.
Prepare for TalkTalk Support - include in the Community Profile (not in these public posts):
Account holder name, TalkTalk home 'phone number (number linked to your active or last active MyAccount)
Alternative mobile contact number. Full address with postcode (in the Location box)
Scroll down to Private notes to add the customer email address
Check and Save changes
Select here: Update your profile
You'll receive a response here from a TalkTalk Support member (Name-TalkTalk) who will initiate a Community Personal Message (PM) via the envelope icon under your avatar top right of this page when signed in to Community. NB you'll not see the PM envelope icon until you select your avatar AND PM's are enabled by TalkTalk.
