Hello ..due to the current talk talk issues with email on iPad I am unable to view emails on my tiscali email address. I can't view on webmail as I don't know the passwords or don't have an account with this particular email. Also the recovery emails are now obsolete. The current email access has been down since Monday. To view on webmail how do I acquire a temporary reset password? What do I need to do to prove I am the owner of the tiscali email address and who should I speak to. I didn't make much progress with technical support. Any constructive help would be appreciated.

HI Nasdaq1, I'd suggest first running through the new help article to written to help with this problem. If you still can't access your mail then we can get the password reset for you. Check out MD5 email authentication
