Fibre broadband drops out again.

First Timer

Any suggestions. Proper, real life suggestions please. 

I've had my "Guaranteed" 35Mg for 24 days now. I was billed 11 days later with an added extra for part month?

The speed tests I do confirm that sometimes my speed is closer to 25Mg. Allways 8/9Mg up tho. 

So I've paid for MORE than a month. Used over 100Mgig! D/load. All on an intermittent connection.

My Fibre connection is CONSTANTLY dropping out!

No problem on the line or locally. I'm told.

So Now what. Who can I talk to who I can understand?
