No reported issues with the site and I've tested access from here and all is ok.
Do you have other devices you can test using your connection, such as another pc, tablet or phone?

Manage /HomeSafe Settings
It'll take a few minutes to update the platform where Homesafe controls your Internet access. If it was HomeSafe / KidsSafe blocking the website then that access will now be enabled.
I'm sorry to hear this. I can see from your first post that you've tried with 3 different browsers, does it also happen on a different device?
Which router are you using? Are all other sites ok?
