Help please i keep getting

403 Forbidden

when trying to go to topcashback.co.uk. i have tried three differant browsers i have tried turning everything off and on again.

No reported issues with the site and I've tested access from here and all is ok.

 

Do you have other devices you can test using your connection, such as another pc, tablet or phone?

Hi Karl ,yes i can get to site using my data on phone but not if i use wifi

Just to confirm, have you tried switching the router off for a full 30 minutes and then retested this again?

HI yes turned off for half hour,reset,turned off firewall,turned off all anti virus malware ect,deleted passwords,emptyed cache cleaned data.

Still get 403 forbiden,

  Manage /HomeSafe Settings  

 


It'll take a few minutes to update the platform where Homesafe controls your Internet access.  If it was HomeSafe / KidsSafe blocking the website then that access will now be enabled.

Hi @ianandlinda 

 

You may not have HomeSafe turned on. But if you do switch on KidsSafe and allow the specific website it may override an issue causing the blocking. You can turn it off after testing.

I'm sorry to hear this. I can see from your first post that you've tried with 3 different browsers, does it also happen on a different device?

 

Which router are you using? Are all other sites ok?

hi yes any device conected to the route (hg365).no other sites affected.
