£75 voucher not received

Hi, I signed up to TalkTalk broadband on 15th November 2018, through a link to get a £75 voucher when signing up. I received an email 'an update on your gift' from no-reply@giftcloud.com on the same day, but have received nothing else since. I sent two emails to uk-talktalkvouchers@awin.com with no reply.

 

Please can you look into this and have my voucher sent to me? It was part of the reason I chose TalkTalk over other providers, so it's disappointing that I am still waiting.

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
