Ok, so this is a long one. I received a letter in March from TalkTalk that is informed them I was intending to switch providers. I hadn't. At all. So I phoned them up, told them I hadn't requested any change, nor was I planning on moving or changing providers. So, the person I spoke to apologised, and offered me a new contract with reduced bills, so I said that would be great. Fast forward to today, and I've just nipped home from isolating with my girlfriend to collect a load of stuff I'll need as I've just been made redundant from my job, and my internet has completely gone. And I had another letter saying my service ended on April 9th. Is there a solution to this? I'm baffled as to why I got the initial letter, now I'm left with no internet when I go home.
