I was offered £ 100 credit to my account when I joined in May 2019 and the email said it will be credited in 48 hours. The customer support person never mentioned it will be in the form of AWIN voucher. When I contacted customer service again when the credit did not reflect in my account, the support person told that it will be in form of AWIN voucher and it will be credited in 90 days. I sent many emails to AWIN requesting the voucher at the email address provided by customer service person but did not get any response. I have been waiting for this voucher for 8 months now. I feel cheated and can not recommend TalkTalk to anyone. @talktalk can you please help to resolve this?
