In the past 7 days, on two seperate occasions I have paid my talk talk bill (after previously being cut off as i forgot to pay) and talk talk have taken my money without recognising the fact i have paid, and still saying i owe £26. Because of this, i am down £62 and still have no internet to show for it. All points of contact are down and im lost for what to do. I want internet and my money back.

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
