Brand New to TalkTalk

First Timer

My go live date was yesterday and hub isn’t connecting to the internet. 

When I did a service check it said my phone line was disconnected.


Have just moved house, is this normal for go live to be delayed without warning?

Are you able to log into 'My Account' to see if that gives any more info about a delay ?


For one of the TalkTalk OCE's on this forum to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number & alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.


Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile.


Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.

Thanks for the reply. I managed to chat with someone on live supper earlier who told me there was a delay in my order.


An engineer was our today and fixed the fault in the line. 

Great service.
